In reply to Lindsey. Yes!! Swap the milk for plant milk, the heavy cream for heavy cream or cashew cream, and omit the mozzarella or use dairy-free. Thanks!

My first gnocchi dinner and it was amazing!!! Husband said put this into rotation! Lol I probably used more of each seasonings and added some old bay and salt to the Alfredo before taking it off the heat. Also decreased the milk by 1/2c and added 1/2c more heavy cream(we like our Alfredo creamy and seasoned). Another case iron skillet dinner for the books! Thank you!
