I am a huge fan of Molly’s very similar everything bagel salmon recipe so I was excited to try this one. I mixed up more of the sauce and poured it over the veggies and roasted them for a while longer than recommended to make them extra crispy. The veggies were fantastic, but I will definitely be sticking with the salmon recipe. The chicken was honestly pretty bland and dry, which is crazy with amount of sauce/seasoning recommended. Definitely make more of the sauce!

I made this on the weekend and it was great! I didn’t have honey but I had both Hiney Mustard and Dijon mustard so mixed them together to coat the chicken. This recipe is definitely a keeper!
