This looks delicious! I have some part skim ricotta in the fridge. Would the recipe still work using it instead of whole milk ricotta?

Just made this and loved it. Only change I made was adding 2 more garlic cloves. (We love our garlic) Super quick and easy. I really like the bright flavor from the lemon and that the cream sauce made from ricotta and parm. I’m adding this to our family meal rotation. Thank you!
