The only thing I’m upset about is that I didn’t double the recipe. These are amazing! And so excited that they’re high protein. I’ll be keeping as a staple and changing the mix in’s in the future!

I really like these but did make a couple of alterations! I added a splash of milk to the cottage cheese to help it blend, and I did add an egg to the dough as I was working it on a floured surface because it didn’t seem to want to stick together, which fixed that issue. They turned out great!

Hi Carrie! Yes, you can try substituting Greek yogurt for the cottage cheese, but a few things to keep in mind:

Use thick Greek yogurt (full-fat works best) and ideally drain any excess liquid so the dough isn’t too wet.

The texture will be slightly less dense and a bit more tender than with cottage cheese, but still tasty.

Start with a 1:1 swap and adjust the flour slightly if the dough feels too wet.

The biscuits will still come out flavorful — just a slightly different texture!
