Love the flavor and so easy to bring together. Hubs does not like soup and ate his serving which is unusual. I cut the recipe in half; had frozen corn on hand, “roasted” in skillet; used “hot” green chiles (because I didn’t check the label, it added a very nice heat); and cubed rotisserie chicken breast. This is now my go to for creamy chicken tortilla soup.

Great flavors and an easy dish to make. Perfect for a busy week. I chose to not include the rice in the soup but rather poured soup over when serving. This worked well for leftovers.

OMG! We have made this soup multiple times now and we LOVE it! I have given the recipe to friends who love it too! The flavor is spot on! Creamy with a hint of spice. It’s delicious! It’s a staple in our home now.

This soup is really good! I added chili crunch and at the end I used a hand blender for a minute. I will definitely make this again!
