It can result in symptoms like irregular periods, excessive hair growth (hirsutism), weight gain, bloating, fatigue, mood disorders (anxiety), headaches, thinning hair, acne, and is the leading cause of infertility, affecting 5 million women in the US.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Remember:<\/strong> PCOS is a spectrum and can affect women differently. and like many things, can present itself differently in each person. There is a broad spectrum you can fall on between mild and severe. Although not life threatening, it can have a major impact on your day-to-day life and could result in things like diabetes if not properly managed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-senary-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-vitamins-are-good-for-pcos\">What vitamins are good for PCOS?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A few good ones are magnesium, probiotics, vitamin D, and inositol. Caffeine can affect each person differently so it&rsquo;s best to do lab work or pay close attention to how you feel. You can try cutting it out and see if it makes a difference.
