That results in a cooked steak with a pink center. It&rsquo;s the best for this steak pasta, but you can look at our guide to <a href=\"https:\/\/whatmollymade.com\/internal-temp-of-beef\/\"><strong>determining beef doneness <\/strong><\/a>to reach your desired steak temp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I highly recommend using or investing in an instant read thermometer to help you know when the steak is done.
