Add the shallot and cook for 2-3 minutes, until soft and translucent. Stir in the garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.<\/div><\/li><li id=\"wprm-recipe-46045-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\" style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Add the remaining 3 Tablespoons of butter and stir to melt.
